 Houses that Jack builds is constructed from 1/4" and 3/8" thick Baltic or fir cabinet grade plywood with clapboard milled directly into the walls. Windows and doors are only tacked in place so they can be easily removed for finishing. Kits are not available. Each house includes exterior  doors and windows, stairs. (no shingles) All you need to supply is paint and wallpaper!
