The Buckhead Townhouse is a true Queen Ann and is available as a shell and  a kit in the very near future. The shipping weight is only 18 pounds so it can be shipped via UPS for a nominal charge. The finished house has 15 large rooms and measures 13 3/4"Wide, 21 1/2"Deep and 25 1/2"High. The retail price of the kit is $262 and the assembled shell is $362 plus shipping.
Windows and doors are available in component kits and you have a choice of either Houseworks or Majestic Mansion's line of windows made by Bespaq™. The Buckhead Townhouse show here has a combination the Bespaq's Atherton  and Cambridge series. The Buckhead Townhouse shown on the Majestic Mansion's home page has painted Houseworks components.

This Buckhead Townhouse has a combination of the new Majestic Mansion Atherton  windows and the Cambridge  windows and exterior doors. The micro glass panes behind window lattice work could be painted to give a stained glass look.
