The Morningside Mansion is an Italianate design and is available as a shell and  a kit in the very near future. The shipping weight is only 18 pounds so it can be shipped via UPS for a nominal charge. The finished house has 13 large rooms and measures 15"Wide, 22"Deep and
26 3/8"High. The retail price of the kit is $262 and the assembled shell is $362 plus shipping.
Windows and doors are available in component kits and you have a choice of either Houseworks or Majestic Mansion's line of windows made by Bespaq™. The Morningside Mansion show here has a combination the Bespaq's Newport  and Cambridge series windows and doors.

This Morningside Mansion has a combination of the new Majestic Mansion Newport single and double windows and exterior doors and the Cambridge double windows. The observation tower is a great place for an art studio or music room. The main and upper level have high 6" ceilings.
This is an assembled shell made from 1/4" Baltic Birch plywood. The kit will contain all the parts shown in the assembled Shell.
