The Darlington is UNIQUE! The interior is designed to be a Hotel, Department Store or Home. It features Dual Side Access and dado locators for easy assembly. This is a large house with big rooms. The finished house has 17 rooms and measures 25"Wide, 29"Deep and 48 "High. The kit comes with interior and exterior steps, two hotel signs, corner quoins and exterior front molding. These houses are computer cut from cabinet grade 3/8" Baltic Birch plywood. The Darlington is designed to be a Hotel, Department Store or Home. It is a versatile kit. As a hotel the first floor would be the reception area with gentlemen's lounge and office. The second floor consists of a restaurant, gift shop, bar and another shop. On the third floor, are the hotel rooms and the fourth floor the penthouse. Now available with milled in stone siding. THIS IS A KIT.
