The kit features: full foundation, Bespaq grand staircase, Bespaq balcony railings, eight fluted columns, corner quoins, decorative engraved Victorian panel, and milled in block siding. It features Dual side access with Dado location for easy and accurate construction. The Palace is computer cut from cabinet grade 3/8” Baltic Birch. NO MDF. The Palace pictured has the new Majestic Mansion's windows and doors made especially for the Palace. This kit uses a combination of Majestic Mansions windows and doors featuring the Spenser, Corinthian, Atherton and Pollinade series. THIS IS A KIT.
