This gorgeous hat is handcrafted by Nancy Manders. Nancy makes these hats out of fabric, lace and feathers. This peachy pink hat with roses measures 1 3/4" in diameter and is 1/2" high. This would be beautiful in a hat shop or in Madam’s bedroom.
